Great things are bound to happen this year - I can just feel it!! I was listening to Kenny Chesney while driving around town yesterday and he said something in one of his songs that I really took notice to - one of the lines in his song said "happiness is a destination". How true that is!

Just a quick update on our local market - as of today (Jan. 1st) there are currently 689 single family homes on the market. **NOTE: this does not include new construction, mobile homes, vacant land or condos/apts. It also does not include any "for sale by owners" (affectionately referred to as FSBO's - pronounced fis-bos)**

Alright everyone - this is one huge step for "me-kind". I'm a fan of reading blogs, but this will be my first attempt at creating one. For my first blog entry - here is the useful news: According to the Yuma Sun on Dec. 23rd (I know, it's been a few days ago) a new Target will be opening on Fortuna Road in October 2007. Oh how Yuma is growing!
