I was listening to Kenny Chesney while driving around town yesterday and he said something in one of his songs that I really took notice to - one of the lines in his song said "happiness is a destination". How true that is! </p><p>Just a quick update on our local market - as of today (Jan. 1st) there are currently 689 single family homes on the market. **NOTE: this does not include new construction, mobile homes, vacant land or condos/apts.
