My take on buying or selling a home... I've often compared buying or selling a home to planning a wedding. Both are major events in your life, you tend to lose countless hours of sleep worrying if you are making the right decisions, it's sometimes intimidating, and oftentimes overwhelming. But once it's all over, you can look back and say "what was all the fuss about?". To make buying or selling your home less stressful, you need to have the right team working in your corner. If you are buying, your team should include a Realtor (me), a lender and an attorney. If you are selling, you more than likely will only need a Realtor. Your team is there to support you, to answer any and all questions you might have, to provide professional considerations and opinions, and, most importantly, to protect your interest. My goal is to be here to help you with whatever you might need..whether it be your first time buying a home, selling a home or being your link to valuable resources. I won't try to talk you into buying a home you have doubts about, and won't employ "used car sales" techniques trying to earn your business as your listing agent. I will keep you focused on your goals while providing you with an unbiased, professional opinion. I will give you the information and knowledge you need to make a sound, informed decision and I will be available to you long after you have signed your papers. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE I have been a licensed realtor since March 2006 and have just opened my own firm. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, and the Jacksonville Board of Realtors. I have received my e-Pro designation and intend to have my GREEN designation within the next 6 months. I can assist in any real estate purchase or sales transactions in Onslow County (Jacksonville, Camp Lejeune, Swansboro, Sneads Ferry, Hubert, N Topsail, Piney Green, Holly Ridge, Richlands, etc.) Pender County, Carteret County and surrounding areas. I have also had the great honor to be connected with the Marine Corps for about 15 years. I know the frustration of the "hurry up and wait" ways of the Marine Corps lifestyle, and have helped many families plan their move across the states. In today's world it's difficult to know who's a true professional, who you can trust, and who's most competent to help with your home buying/selling needs. My strategy is not to talk about myself or my company, but to share comments about my service performance from my best clients. To view testimonials from previous clients, please click here. ON A PERSONAL NOTE... I was born and raised in the southern part of Louisiana, where the tea is sweet and macaroni and cheese is considered a vegetable. I have an amazing son that is my heart and soul, and have a soft spot for all kinds of animals. My favorite times are spent watching football, being on the beach and spending time with my family. I am addicted to HGTV, currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management and feel that laughing should be a major part of everyone's day. I am a die-hard LSU Tigers and "Who Dat" Saints fan, but I won't hold it against you if you aren't (wink). |
